Since 1997, we have been combining age-old brewing traditions with modern technology to create distinctive craft beers at our state-of-the-art brewery. Our beers are crafted with premium Weyermann® malt from Germany and produced using advanced brewing equipment manufactured by Caspary, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every brew.

We are passionate about the art of brewing, and that passion is reflected in every Keller Holz beer. From classic favorites to distinctive craft styles, our diverse selection offers something for every palate — each beer carefully crafted to deliver a memorable experience.

With the support of Caspary, a worldwide leading specialist from Germany for turnkey breweries and a pioneer in brewing technology, we have raised investment from Austria and built a new, cutting-edge brewery in an ecologically clean location in the village of Budesti.

Holz Finest marks a new chapter in the story of our brand, where the spirit and experience of Gastropub evolve into a more refined Fine Dining concept — precise, thoughtful, and attentive to the finest details.
The cuisine is rooted in the traditions of French gastronomy, shaped through complex techniques and a delicate contemporary vision. Familiar flavours are revealed with new depth through texture, aroma, balance, and subtle, unexpected combinations. The bar follows the same philosophy, bringing together collectible whiskies, carefully selected wines, premium spirits, and Keller Holz craft beer as a refined tribute to the brand’s origins.

WURST is Keller Holz Brewery’s modern café concept, built around one simple idea: great food should be fresh, satisfying, and accessible.

With our own meat shop and bakery, professional equipment, and skilled chefs, we control every step from preparation to plate. Our menu brings together juicy burgers, tender wraps, freshly baked specialties, and signature craft meat products — all made with carefully selected ingredients.
